Shipping Methods

Processing time

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies from 3-14 days. For details, see individual items.

Estimated shipping times

Under normal circumstances, if you chose these shipping methods within the USA you can expect your item(s):

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
Express Mail: 1-2 business days
 

International Shipping:

International Priority Mail : 6-10 business days
Priority Mail Express International 3-5 business days - The fastest international option offered for a wide range of package types.

At Noerand Claire we will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes;

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  Noerand Claire is not responsible for delays due to customs.

*Please make sure you input your address correctly before finalizing your transaction. 

Please note: We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or any delayed packages once they leave us.

We ship via USPS for all orders including 1st Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Express Mail. Once we ship your order, we will receive a tracking number so you can track your package.


 Returns & Exchanges:

As all Noerand Claire garments/items are made to order(handmade), once an order is placed, we are unable to exchange, refund or accept returns But we do offer the necessary alterations to Take in OR Shorten your garment only.

Our Garments go through rigurous quality checks to ensure that all pieces are up to standard. Additionally we also take detailed photo’s of the items prior to packaging as an extra step.


Please take into consideration that our garments are hand made and all materials are sourced specifically for your order. We love to work with our customers hand in hand so that we come as close as possible to perfect. Please understand that for these reasons we are unable to process refunds for our garments. We will more than gladly take in your pieces for alterations.

 If you choose to have alterations done elsewhere for any reason it would be at your own discretion and cost, without any reimbursement from Noerand Claire. At times it can be difficult to get a perfect fitting of the garment when the client is not on location to try on the garment, with the differential body shapes of everyone. This is why we urge every client to check the size chart or send us their measurements in order for us to get as close as possible to a great if not a perfect fitting.

Garments returned for alterations will be rejected if:


*any retail tags are broken 
*garment(s) are not in their original packaging 
*garment(s) are not in pristine condition 
*garment has been washed 
*garment has been worn/used

If the returned item(s) do not meet the above criteria, we will return the returned item(s) back to you.

Care instructions

Most of our garments are to be hand wash with cold water, Machine wash Gentle cycle with cold water or Machine wash Gentle cycle with warm water, Non Chlorine Bleach and Line Dry.
